I have presented a number of times on microformats, and I always try to put my slides (and where possbile a podcast), online.
Web Directions South 2006: An overview of microformats, with examples of who is using them, and how to use them. Includes slides, podcast and liveblogging notes.
Web Directions North 2007: This double session on microformats incudes a presentation by me on coding microformats, and a session by designer extraordinaire Dan Cederholm on designing with microformats. They were developed to complement one another. Slides and liveblogging are available now, podcasts to come.
